We are excited to announce Ce.B.Tec.’s active participation in the Blue Growth Leaders Academy (BGLA) 2024, organized by EU-CONEXUS. The academy aims to develop sustainable growth leaders in coastal urban areas and ports, focusing on smart mobility, energy efficiency, digital transformation, and sustainable aquaculture.
Our Journey
The BGLA program, from April to July 2024, included bi-weekly sessions offering in-depth training and knowledge exchange. Ce.B.Tec. representatives engaged in a variety of activities, such as:
Workshops
Our team participated in online seminars, exchanging best practices and innovative ideas with other industry leaders, from all around the EU-Conexus alliance.
Collaboration: We aim to establish strategic synergies with international counterparts to explore sustainable solutions regarding coastal and blue growth in many different ways (education, blue biotechnology, and more).
Final Event in Valencia: The program culminated in a hands-on event in Valencia, Spain, focusing on giving sustainable solutions to the port authorities, providing practical experience, and networking opportunities. More specifically, Ce.B.Tec., in collaboration with other experts in the field gave their insight into the strengthening of the bond between port and city in Valencia, exploring at the same time innovative solutions for application on the port.
